Payment of your Claims

‘Doctor Claim’ will submit in-patient claims on your behalf. The benefit payments made by Medicare and Health Insurers are made directly into your nominated bank account.

Reports

At the end of each month you will receive a statement outlining the details of the claims which have been assessed/paid as well as accounts which are still outstanding.

Our Fees

We charge a percentage of the funds paid to you for the in-patient medical claims we submit on your behalf each month. This is based on the amount that is actually banked into your bank account by health insurers. If nothing is banked into your account in a particular month, ‘Doctor Claim’ does not charge you a fee. How to Register

Download a registration form from our website at www.doctorclaim.com or contact us and we can email, fax or post it to you. Once you fill in the registration form and return it to us we will send you a confirmation letter together with a billing sheet so you can start sending your claim details to us.
