How to register

Download a provider registration form from our website at www.doctorclaim.com.au  or contact-us and we can email, fax or post it to you. Once you fill in the registration form and return it to us we will send you a confirmation letter together with a medical billing service sheet so you can start sending your claim details to us. Medical Billing Services forms can be downloaded from our website or we can email, fax or post it to you.

There are No contract and there are No minimum fees. This means you are free to utilise our medical billing service any time. We charge a very competitive percentage fee of of the funds paid to you for the in-patient medical claims we submit on your behalf each month.
